After several years of research and investment in the Northeast Ohio real estate market, Daniel Popovich has joined
Coldwell Banker full-time to embark on a career as a REALTOR. Dan comes to the role with years of management, human
resources and local market experience after serving his country in the United States Air Force with tours in Kuwait and Iraq.
As Director of Human Resources for two healthcare systems and based in Cleveland, Dan managed over 20 consultants and
supported over 7500 employees. Dan understands the importance of client needs/expectations and is determined to help
clients find their perfect home. With a passion for and several investments in local real estate, Dan is excited to share what
he's learned about picking the right new home and understanding the associated financial requirements. Dan is a graduate of
Valley Forge High School in Parma; of Cleveland State University, where he received a Bachelor's Degree in Business
Administration; and Indiana Wesleyan University, where he achieved his Master's Degree in Business Administration. Dan
currently resides with his wife Liz in Avon and has two daughters of which he is extremely proud.
